Life happens! We understand canceling and rescheduling appointments last minute is sometimes necessary. This policy helps to protect stylists time, we appreciate your understanding. •First cancellation/rescheduling within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will be noted in client profile with no penalty. •Repeat cancellations/rescheduling within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will be subject to a 20% service fee. •Any no show appointments will be subject to a 20% service fee and will no longer be eligible to schedule future appointments.
